- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The defect or issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

Accompanied Products:
- If the defective product is part of a bundle or set, all related items must be returned together.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Opened or used products (unless they were defective upon delivery).
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

- Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defective product.

Approval:
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping will be covered by Aadhya Herbal Care for defective products only.
Replacement Policy
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Alternate Product: Once the defective product is returned and inspected, we will send a replacement product of the same kind.
- Processing Time: Replacement products will be shipped within 5-7 business days after receiving the defective product.
