At Aadhya Herbal Care, we accept returns only for defective products. Please read our policy below to understand the terms and process.

Eligibility for Return

  1. Defective Products Only:

    • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
    • The defect or issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Accompanied Products:

    • If the defective product is part of a bundle or set, all related items must be returned together.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Opened or used products (unless they were defective upon delivery).
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

Return Process

    • Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defective product.
  2. Approval:

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • The cost of return shipping will be covered by Aadhya Herbal Care for defective products only.

Replacement Policy

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Alternate Product: Once the defective product is returned and inspected, we will send a replacement product of the same kind.
  • Processing Time: Replacement products will be shipped within 5-7 business days after receiving the defective product.
